core Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Staffing: Assign shifts, monitor staff performance, mentor junior nurses, and lead onboarding for current hires. [1, 2, 3]

- Patient Care Oversight: Monitor patient conditions, review care plans, handle escalations, and serve as an advocate for patients and families. [1, 2]

- Policy & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, infection-control protocols, medication administration standards, and legal record-keeping (such as HIPAA rules). [1, 2]

- Administrative Operations: Manage unit inventories, check medical equipment, coordinate with other clinical departments, and handle shift

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
