WHAT YOU WILL OWN

#RFQ to #SOP . Drawing and DFM feasibility, process and casting-route selection, cost estimation, PFMEA and control plans, #APQP timeline, PPAP submission and customer part approval.

Process and #cost engineering. Rejection, #scrap and #meltlossreduction ; #cycletime , line balance and OEE; accurate routings and standard times in ERP/ #SAP ; conversion cost per kg defended and driven down.

#Tooling , #dies and #gauging . - #GDC and #LPDC die development and life management, jigs and fixtures, special tools and broaches, inspection gauges, tool-room and vendor development.

Capex,

#automationandramp -up. #Machine and #furnace selection, plant and cell layout, #capacitymodelling , #automationprojects , #installation through to commissioning and stabilization. 10 years in #manufacturing , process, #NPD or #industrialengineering ,



with a minimum 6 years in #nonferrouscasting and #machining . A niche, high-mix precision background — #agricultural and #constructionequipment , #valves and #pumps , #fluidpower , #switchgear , defence, aerospace, rail, or precision sub-contract machining. Export or multinational OE customer exposure with formal audits and customer-specific requirements.

#GDT and #metrology , #gaugedesign , MSA and gauge RR; APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, 8D; CAD ( #AutoCAD , #SolidWorks /Creo); ERP/SAP; robust costing ability. At least one part #industrialized end-to-end and one #capex or layout project taken to commissioning
