Role Overview:

The Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across domains such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Admin, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and more. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job fitment, communication, stability, and domain knowledge.
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face).
- Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers and understand manpower needs.
- Share daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain updated trackers.
- Manage offer negotiation, rollout, and follow-ups till onboarding.
- Participate in hiring drives, mass recruitment, and walk-ins when required.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills & client management skill.
- Good understanding of roles such as Sales, HR, Finance, Admin, Operations, insurance etc.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
- P ds-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.P
