Role Description The Network Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting network services that enable secure and efficient operations for internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring network performance, administering and configuring network devices, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, and implementing best practices for network security.

The specialist will collaborate with cybersecurity and sales teams to ensure reliable network infrastructure for demos, POCs, and ongoing service delivery.



The role also involves documenting network configurations, maintaining incident and change records, and contributing to continuous improvement of network processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Network Services and Networking to support and optimize enterprise environments.
- Experience in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues.
- Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices to help safeguard infrastructure and data.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
