- Install and configure Wi-Fi Access Points, Routers, Switches, and network devices at customer/IT company locations.
- Perform Wi-Fi setup, basic network configuration, and connectivity testing.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network issues.
- Handle network cabling, device installation, and basic maintenance.
- Conduct Wi-Fi coverage and signal testing.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites is required.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- CCNA certification is an added advantage.
- Experience: 0–3 Years | Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc or relevant networking qualification.
