Job Title: Network Engineer

We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team in Bengaluru to manage end-user environments, network troubleshooting, and internal IT infrastructure.

Role Summary

- Position: IT Support Engineer

- Experience: 2 to 3 Years

- Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Shift Requirements: Ability to handle occasional weekend updates or rotation shifts to align with corporate infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

- L1 &
- L2 Support: Provide high-quality technical support for corporate hardware, operating systems, enterprise software, and core business applications.

- System Administration: Deploy, configure, and manage corporate systems running Windows, Ubuntu Linux, and macOS.

- Identity &

- Cloud Management: Administer access control, account provisioning, and troubleshooting within Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Network &

- Security Troubleshooting: Monitor and diagnose standard networking infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall configurations.

- Asset &

- Vendor Coordination:



Maintain an up-to-date hardware and software asset license inventory. Coordinate directly with technology vendors to resolve device issues under warranty.

- Incident Lifecycle Management: Track, document, and resolve support tickets inside the internal helpdesk system while maintaining clear documentation in the internal IT knowledge base.

Required Technical Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc).

- OS Administration: Hands-on command over Windows desktop management and foundational command-line navigation inside Ubuntu Linux environments.

- Enterprise Tools: Clear operational exposure to Microsoft 365 Admin Portal and enterprise Active Directory tasks.

- Network Basics: Comfortable explaining and troubleshooting core network layers (routing, switching, wireless access points, and secure corporate VPN tunnels).

- Communication: Solid professional verbal and written communication skills to interface confidently with internal stakeholders across engineering, product, and finance teams.

Good to Have (Preferred Extras):

- Experience working with mobile device management tools like Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.

- Foundational awareness of security platforms such as Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA),DLP and CrowdStrike Falcon.

- Basic automation familiarity using PowerShell or basic shell scripts along with LLM and MCP.
