⚠️ Please note: This is a Network-focused AIOps role, NOT a generic DevOps, Cloud Engineer, Software Developer, or IT Support position. DevOps experience alone will not be considered.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II – Network AIOps to build and support AI Operations, network observability, automation, and data integration solutions for enterprise network environments. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Build integrations with network/infrastructure data sources, including routers, switches, firewalls, controllers, cloud networks, and monitoring platforms.
- Develop data ingestion, normalization, enrichment, transformation, event correlation, and operational intelligence workflows.
- Build Python/scripts, APIs, automation, platform services, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Support incident triage, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, event correlation, and service-impact analysis.
- Improve observability through dashboards, alerts, health checks, tracing, and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot complex production, network, infrastructure, data-flow, and integration issues.
- Contribute to architecture, platform upgrades, CI/CD, testing, release validation, setting management, and secure engineering.
- Participate in production/on-call support and maintain documentation, runbooks,



and integration procedures.

Required Skills

- 5+ years in Software, Platform, or Systems Engineering in production environments.
- Programming/scripting in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, event-processing pipelines, and automation.
- Strong networking fundamentals: Routing, Switching, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VPNs, and Network Monitoring.
- Network telemetry/observability: SNMP, Syslog, Traps, Streaming Telemetry, Metrics, Events, Logs, Traces, and API-based operational data.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, troubleshooting, CI/CD, testing, release management, and secure engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

- Network AIOps, AI Operations, Event Intelligence, or Network Observability platforms.
- Integrations with Monitoring Tools, ITSM, CMDB, Topology, Ticketing, and Incident/Event Management systems.
- Data parsing, enrichment, correlation logic, streaming/event-driven architectures, ML-assisted operations, anomaly detection, and operational analytics.
- Terraform, REST APIs, Python automation frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code, Linux, Message Queues, JSON/YAML, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise/service-provider network environments.
