Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions across up-to-date software, cloud, Agile delivery, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals, while leading development teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, high-performing engineering culture.

- Oversee architecture and delivery of enterprise web, mobile, and cloud applications by adopting modern tools, technologies, best practices, and ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and performance.

- Collaborate with product, business, stakeholder, and cross-functional teams while leading

- Agile planning, estimation, ceremonies, release execution, and delivery governance across timelines, resources, risks, and milestones.

- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, KPIs, Agile metrics, testing, documentation, deployment, production support, release management, incident resolution,



and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

- ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, .NET Framework/Core SQL Server, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Angular or React; Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum

Good to Have

- AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Microservices, and DevOps practices

- React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, Node.js, or Java technologies

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of software development experience.

- 3+ years leading software development teams and managing Agile delivery of enterprise applications.

- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, cloud platforms, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

- Cloud-native application experience with knowledge of architecture and design patterns.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, mentoring, innovation, and multi-project management skills.
