MuleSoft Lead

Preferred Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad

1. Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
2. Participate in design discussions, identify the detailed requirements and document the same.
3. Create low-level and detailed design documents that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
4. Develop APIs, connectors, and other integration components using MuleSoft.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
6. Ensure adherence to established integration development methodologies, standards, and best practices.
7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
9. Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health of integration flows.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft updates, industry trends, and best practices.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration development process.
12. Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Must Have Skills

1. Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
2.



7+ years of experience in integration development with at least 5 years focused on MuleSoft.
3. Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, RAML, and OData.
4. Proficiency in data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV.
5. Hands-on experience in design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
6. Proficient in working with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
7. Experience in high-level and low-level detailed design documents that meet business requirements and adhere to MuleSoft best practices.
8. Hands-on experience in developing APIs, connectors, and other integration components using MuleSoft.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Certification in MuleSoft (MCD – Level 1 or Level 2).

Nice to Have Skills

1. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
2. Experience with message queues (JMS, Kafka) and database integration (SQL, NoSQL).
3. MuleSoft Certified Integration / Platform Architect
