Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect with 12–15 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform, solution architecture, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, technical solutioning, development governance, and delivery for large-scale D365 CRM programs. Relevant CRM technical skills seen across enterprise CRM architect profiles include Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, integrations, and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations.
- Lead technical design workshops and provide architecture recommendations.
- Design scalable CRM solutions leveraging Power Platform and Azure services.
- Architect integrations with ERP, legacy systems, third-party applications, and external APIs.
- Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and solution governance.
- Review functional and technical design documents.
- Drive performance optimization, security implementation, and deployment strategies.
- Support estimation, solutioning, presales, and proposal activities.




- Mentor technical consultants and developers across project lifecycles.
- Ensure successful delivery through design reviews, UAT support, and go-live activities.

- Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
- Experience in solution architecture, enterprise integrations, and data migration.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and release management.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Relevant technical capabilities such as plugins, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Ribbon Workbench, security models, and CRM customizations are reflected in enterprise CRM architect profiles.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-country/global CRM implementations.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Exposure to AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230 preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
