Motor Claims Executive Intimation Process – 1–3 Years – Pune

We are hiring a Motor Claims Executive – Intimation Process for a leading General Insurance organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Motor Insurance, Claims Intimation, Claim Registration, Policy Verification, Customer Coordination, Claims Documentation, and Insurance Operations who can ensure accurate claim registration and a smooth initial claims process.

Location – Pune

Responsibilities –

1. Receive and register motor insurance claim intimation from customers, garages, brokers, and other stakeholders.
2. Record claim details accurately in the system and initiate the claims process.
3. Verify policy details and collect preliminary information and required documents.
4. Coordinate with customers and relevant teams to obtain missing information.
5. Provide claim reference numbers and communicate the next steps to customers.
6. Ensure timely claim registration and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements –

1. Graduate in any discipline, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
2. Experience in Motor Insurance, Claims Intimation, Claim Registration, or General Insurance Operations.
3. Basic understanding of motor insurance policies and claims procedures.
4. Good communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related systems, with strong attention to detail.
