Role Description The Motor VRM role at InsuranceDekho is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing motor insurance sales and renewals, handling customer inquiries, and guiding customers through policy selection, documentation, and onboarding. Daily responsibilities include explaining motor insurance products and features, providing quotes, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and ensuring accurate data entry in company systems.

The Motor VRM also follows up with existing and prospective customers,



supports resolution of basic service issues, and contributes to meeting individual and team sales and service targets. The role requires consistent adherence to company processes, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain motor insurance products clearly and handle inquiries professionally.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience or interest in meeting targets, managing leads, and supporting policy renewals in motor insurance or related domains.
- Basic data entry and system usage skills, with comfort using CRM tools or insurance platforms, and attention to accuracy in documentation.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers for timely issue resolution.
- Relevant experience in motor insurance, general insurance, financial services, or contact center environments is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certification in insurance or finance is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a customer-focused mindset, integrity, and commitment to regulatory compliance and company policies.
