We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, engaging videos, motion graphics, and podcast content.

What You’ll Do

- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging animations, kinetic typography, animated creatives, and visual effects for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos, promotional films, product showcases, social media reels, and brand campaigns.
- Podcast & Interview Editing: Edit podcast episodes and interviews, enhance audio quality, sync audio and video, and create polished long-form content.
- Short-Form Content: Repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into engaging reels, shorts, and bite-sized content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Creative Storytelling: Transform raw footage, briefs, and creative concepts into visually compelling stories that capture attention and communicate the brand message.
- Sound & Visual Effects: Work with transitions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and colour correction to improve the overall quality of content.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creatives aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery without compromising creative quality.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience editing podcasts, interviews, and short-form social media content.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, animation, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of typography, visual composition, pacing, sound design, transitions, and colour correction.
- Ability to convert creative briefs into high-quality visual content with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
