Role Description This is a full time on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in India.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will conceptualize and create motion graphics and video content for brand campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing storyboards, designing graphic elements, animating visuals, and collaborating with strategists, designers, and marketing teams to translate brand concepts into compelling motion design. The role involves preparing assets for video production,



editing and optimizing content for different channels, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will also stay current with design and animation trends, suggest creative improvements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animations and dynamic visual content.
- Candidates should possess Video Production expertise, including basic editing, asset preparation, and optimization for various digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop visually consistent assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
- Candidates should demonstrate a solid portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video projects, and brand-focused visual work.
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret creative briefs effectively.
- Candidates should be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback constructively.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
