ob Description – Mobile Van Manager

Location: BTM Layout, BangaloreSalary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month (CTC)Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and coordinate the Mobile Van team and daily operations.

· Plan and organize mobile van visits, technical meets, dealer meets and customer awareness programs.

· Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to schedule field activities and generate business opportunities.

· Plan routes, allocate schedules and ensure timely execution of activities.

· Maintain and regularly update the database of influencers, including engineers, architects, builders, contractors and other industry professionals.

· Build strong relationships with influencers through regular communication, engagement and follow-ups.





· Track influencer interactions, leads and business opportunities through CRM tools.

· Monitor team performance, daily visits, customer interactions and activity completion.

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

· Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of mobile vans and coordinate technical team activities.

Requirements

· Any Degree.

· 8–10 years of experience in Operations, CRM, Team Handling, Field Coordination or Event Management.

· Hands-on experience in CRM tools, lead tracking and follow-up management.

· Strong team management, planning, organizing and coordination skills.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

· Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

· Proficiency in Kannada is essential.

· Willingness to travel across Bangalore and Karnataka.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
