SDE 3 - Flutter

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Flutter Engineer to architect, build, and scale high-performance mobile applications for Snabbit’s customer and professional apps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable mobile architectures and build high-performance Flutter applications.
- Own features end-to-end , from system design and development to testing, release, and optimisation.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code using Flutter and Dart .
- Drive decisions around state management, navigation, networking, modularisation, and performance optimisation .
- Debug complex issues across mobile applications, APIs, SDKs, native layers, and backend integrations .
- Lead code reviews , establish engineering best practices ,



and improve code quality and development velocity.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience , with strong hands-on experience in Flutter .
- Deep proficiency in Flutter and Dart , with experience shipping production-grade mobile applications .
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, system design, design patterns, and state management .
- Experience with networking, modularisation, performance optimisation, and scalable application design .
- Strong debugging skills across application, API, SDK, native, and backend layers.
- Excellent ownership, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills .
