Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
2. Maintain accurate dispatch, delivery, and logistics records.
3. Develop dashboards and reports for management review.
4. Consolidate data from Excel, ERP, and TMS.
5. Monitor transportation and shipment costs, including per-shipment rates.
6. Maintain monthly provisions for SCM expenses.
7. Prepare performance reports for SCM staff, transporters, customers, and locations.
8. Highlight shipment delays, exceptions, operational challenges, and risks.
9. Create KPI dashboards for SCM leadership.
10. Track shipments at a micro level, from dispatch date and time to delivery date and time
