Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong hands-on proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, SQL, Google Apps Script, and

Looker Studio. The candidate will be responsible for MIS reporting, data validation,

automation, dashboard development, and business performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS & Reporting

 Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.  Develop operational and management dashboards.

 Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources.

 Track KPIs, productivity, TAT and performance.

 Perform data reconciliation and identify reporting gaps.

1. Advanced Excel

Robust hands-on knowledge of:  VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

 INDEX + MATCH

 SUMIFS / COUNTIFS / AVERAGEIFS

 IF / IFS / IFERROR

 TEXT & Date/Time functions

 Dynamic Array formulas

 Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

1. Google Sheets

 Develop and maintain automated MIS/FMS systems.  Knowledge of IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, UNIQUE,

SORT.

 Build centralized Master Sheets and automated data flows.

 Use data validation, dropdowns, conditional formatting, and dynamic formulas.

1. Google Forms





 Create and manage Google Forms for operational data collection.  Integrate Forms with Google Sheets.

 Build Google Form → Google Sheet → MIS → Dashboard workflows.

 Configure mandatory fields, dropdowns, validations, and conditional sections.

1. Google Apps Script

 Develop and maintain Apps Script automation.  Automate data movement, consolidation, notifications, and reporting.

 Create scheduled/event-based triggers.

 Troubleshoot and improve existing scripts.

1. Looker Studio

 Create and maintain interactive Looker Studio dashboards.  Connect dashboards with Google Sheets and other data sources.

 Develop KPI dashboards with filters, calculated fields, and dynamic reporting.

 Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, and usability.
