Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive for our pharmaceutical company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced formulas. The candidate should also be comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools to improve reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and increase work efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage sales reports, stock reports, production reports, dispatch reports, and other business data.
- Work on Advanced Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and SUMIFS.
- Create Pivot Tables, charts, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Maintain and manage advanced Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Use Patch/Match and other lookup functions to compare, match, and verify data.
- Maintain FMS (Follow-up Management System) and track pending tasks, targets, and daily work updates.
- Check data accuracy and identify errors or discrepancies in reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Stores, and Dispatch departments to collect and verify data.




- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to create formulas, troubleshoot Excel errors, summarize data, and improve reporting processes.
- Explore AI-based solutions and automation to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Handle confidential company data responsibly.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and Pivot Tables.
- Advanced Google Sheets knowledge.
- Understanding of FMS, MIS reporting, dashboards, and data management.
- Practical knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools for workplace productivity.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant Excel, MIS, and reporting skills are preferred.

Experience
- Freshers with strong Advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge can apply.
- Experienced candidates with 1–3 years of MIS or reporting experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
