Role Overview The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in optimizing our administrative processes. This position supports business operations by designing and implementing data management systems that enhance efficiency and accuracy across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and set up checklists, FMS flows, and MIS formats for various departments.
- Define steps, owners, TATs, and scoring logic for processes.
- Build automation using sheets, formulas, Apps Script, reminders, and dashboards.
- Train team members on the system and address any gaps in functionality.
- Review data to identify process leaks and implement improvements without chasing individuals.
- Maintain weekly performance scores automatically through the system.
- Calculate and present weekly scores reflecting work completion and timeliness.
- Create clear, one-page weekly summaries suitable for directorial review.





Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate degree.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, and automation tools.

Other Skills: Strong capabilities in data cleaning, report writing, and dashboard creation.

Communication: Decent communication skills.
