Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Mixologist to elevate our beverage program and deliver exceptional cocktail experiences to our guests in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will blend extensive knowledge of spirits, fresh ingredients, and flavor profiles with flair, creativity, and outstanding hospitality.Key Responsibilities

- Craft Signature Drinks: Design, prepare, and serve innovative cocktails and mocktails using unique techniques, infusions, and presentation styles.

- Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal beverage menus, curate drink pairings, and keep up with global and local mixology trends.

- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and deliver an engaging, personalized bar experience.

- Bar Operations: Maintain complete cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

- Inventory Control: Monitor bar stock, manage wastage, track ingredient freshness, and assist in ordering spirits, garnishes, and supplies.

- Compliance: Ensure accurate measurement of pours,



manage cash/POS transactions responsibly, and strictly follow local liquor laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a premium lounge, fine-dining restaurant, or luxury hotel.

- Skills: Proficient in classic cocktail recipes, modern mixology techniques (e.g., smoking, foaming, molecular mixology), and drink presentation.

- Communication: Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.

- Education: A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a certified bartending/mixology course is preferred but not mandatory if backed by excellent experience.

- Locality: Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays in Chandigarh.
