Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven professional with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and a keen interest in automation and technology. The role involves managing business MIS, developing dashboards, automating repetitive reporting processes, and building Google-based productivity tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- MIS & Dashboarding: Prepare and publish regular business reports covering primary and secondary sales, sales versus targets, offtake, collections, inventory, fill rates, and other key business KPIs.
- Data Analytics: Analyse business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Automation: Automate recurring Excel reports, dashboards, data consolidation, and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Productivity Tools: Develop simple, effective business tools using Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Apps Script, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Dashboard Development: Build and improve interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Process Improvement: Identify repetitive tasks across business functions and develop technology-led solutions to improve productivity, data accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy,



consistency, timely publishing, and maintenance of standard reporting formats.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, and data handling.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Workspace applications.
- A genuine interest in automating reports, dashboards, and manual workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script, Excel VBA, or other scripting tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who does not just prepare reports but actively looks for ways to make reporting faster, smarter, and more reliable. The ideal candidate should be curious about technology, comfortable experimenting with new tools, and motivated to build practical solutions for real business problems.

Experience: 13 years preferred; capable freshers with strong Excel skills and demonstrable automation projects may also apply.

Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram

Success in this role will be measured by: Reporting accuracy and timeliness, reduction in manual reporting effort, successful automation initiatives, and adoption of tools developed for business teams.
