- Power Apps Development: Design and build custom, scalable Canvas and Model-Driven applications with responsive layouts and seamless user experiences.

- Power BI & Analytics: Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards and reports; build DAX queries, data models, and integrate multiple backend data sources for real-time reporting.

- SharePoint Administration & Customization: Architect SharePoint Online sites, list/library structures, permissions, and build custom web parts. SPFx experience is a robust plus.

- Workflow Automation: Build end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), integrating custom connectors and APIs.

- Data Integration & Architecture: Manage data sources across Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and REST APIs, ensuring optimal query performance and data security.

- Maintenance & Optimization: Troubleshoot, refine, and optimize existing Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring compliance, security governance, and high availability.

Core Experience

- 3–5 years of dedicated development experience across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and SharePoint Online.

Technical Mastery

- Strong expertise in Power Apps formulas (Power Fx), Canvas app UI/UX, and Model-Driven apps.

- Proficiency in Power BI, advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.

- Deep understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, list management,



view configurations, and security/permissions.

- Proven track record creating multi-stage Power Automate flows with error handling and API integrations.

Data & Backend Skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure SQL, and connecting to REST APIs/custom connectors.

Problem Solver

- Strong analytical mindset to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical, technical solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework), React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

- Exposure to Power Pages / Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio).

- Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform, including Solutions deployment and Azure DevOps pipelines.
