We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in customer journey design, marketing automation, and customer data migration. The candidate will be responsible for implementing customer engagement solutions and integrating Customer Insights with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- 10+ years of overall experience with Microsoft technologies and CRM platforms.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Practical experience in customer data migration, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Robust understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and data models.
- Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation, campaign management, and customer engagement workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Familiarity with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Dataverse, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights certifications are an added advantage.

and implement customer journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Manage customer data migration, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Configure customer segments, triggers, journey orchestration, and audience targeting.
- Develop marketing automation workflows for customer engagement and campaign execution.
- Integrate Customer Insights – Journeys with Dynamics 365 CRM and other Microsoft applications.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout migration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to customer journeys, data migration, integrations, and CRM configurations.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation activities.
- Follow Microsoft best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
