We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert with 2–7 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

- Develop effective paid advertising strategies to achieve business goals, lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

- Manage Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies.

- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

- Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.

- Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.

- Analyze campaign reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.





- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on ad spend.

- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising policies, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- 2–7 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and performance marketing.

- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.

- Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or conversion-focused campaigns.

- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.

- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

- Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting, and budget optimization.

- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
