Job OverviewWe are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with mandatory healthcare digital marketing experience to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and managing monthly advertising budgets of up to AED 30,000.

Experience working with dental clinics is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of up to AED 30,000.
- Develop lead generation strategies for healthcare services and treatments.
- Optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead, lead quality, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Track conversions and identify opportunities to improve campaign results.




- Follow Meta advertising policies applicable to healthcare advertising.
- Work with the team to achieve campaign objectives and client targets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns for healthcare businesses.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and tracking campaign performance.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Dental clinic marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Experience promoting dental treatments such as braces, Invisalign, implants, teeth whitening, and general dentistry.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of AED 30,000 or equivalent.
- Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results through reports or case studies.
