STEAM-IE Adventures Pvt. Ltd. is an education technology company transforming how students learn STEM, robotics, coding, artificial intelligence, and real-world problem-solving.

We bridge the gap between classroom learning and experiential education through hands-on STEAM kits, structured curricula, digital learning platforms, teacher training, student assessments, and school enablement solutions.

Our work aligns with India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the evolving emphasis on experiential, vocational, and technology-driven learning.

With experience working across school education and institutional ecosystems, including government-school initiatives, STEAM-IE is building a scalable, product-led education platform designed to serve schools, educators, students, and education departments across India.

Our ambition is to move beyond individual projects and build a sustainable, nationally scalable education brand that makes practical, technology-enabled learning accessible to millions of learners.

The Opportunity

We are inviting three distinguished professionals to join our Board of Advisors and contribute to STEAM-IE's next phase of strategic growth.

We are looking for individuals who bring more than professional expertise. We seek people who can open doors, challenge assumptions, strengthen decision-making, create meaningful partnerships, and help build a high-growth education enterprise.

The Board of Advisors will be intentionally limited to five members, ensuring a focused group of professionals with complementary expertise, solid ownership, and the ability to make a tangible impact.

This opportunity also includes an investment component. We want advisors who are willing to have skin in the game, align their financial interests with the company's long-term success, and participate in the value they help create.

Areas of Expertise We Are Seeking

We welcome applications from accomplished professionals in the following domains:

1. Finance, Investment & Corporate Finance

- Financial planning, budgeting, profitability, and cash-flow management.
- Fundraising strategy, investor relations, valuation, and capital structuring.
- Financial governance, risk management, and sustainable growth planning.
- Access to relevant investor networks, family offices, and strategic capital.

2. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

- Enterprise sales, institutional partnerships, and business development.
- Access to school networks, education groups, CSR foundations, and government or institutional stakeholders.
- Strategic alliances with technology companies, education platforms, and industry partners.
- Development of scalable B2B and B2G revenue opportunities.

3. Business Expansion & Market Development

- Expansion into new states, markets,



and customer segments.
- Channel partnerships, distribution networks, and regional growth strategies.
- Scaling operations while maintaining execution quality and financial discipline.
- Building repeatable business models and long-term customer relationships.

4. Corporate Strategy & Business Leadership

- Business model refinement, strategic planning, and competitive positioning.
- Product-led growth, recurring revenue, and commercialisation strategies.
- Organisational development, leadership mentoring, and operational excellence.
- Strategic decision-making for the company's next stage of growth.

5. Education, Technology & Institutional Ecosystems

- K-12 education, EdTech, STEM/STEAM, AI, robotics, and digital learning.
- Education policy, school systems, curriculum implementation, and institutional engagement.
- Technology partnerships, product innovation, and large-scale education programmes.
- Access to relevant industry bodies, education leaders, and decision-makers.

Candidates may bring expertise across multiple areas. We are prioritising complementary strengths rather than five advisors with identical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Board of Advisors, you will be expected to:

- Provide strategic guidance: Participate in periodic discussions on company strategy, growth priorities, and long-term value creation.
- Accelerate business growth: Help identify, qualify, and facilitate meaningful business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support fundraising: Advise on investor outreach, funding strategy, and capital allocation, and make relevant introductions where appropriate.
- Enable expansion: Guide entry into current geographies, customer segments, and institutional markets.
- Strengthen governance: Offer independent perspectives on financial discipline, risk management, business performance, and strategic decisions.
- Mentor leadership: Act as a sounding board to the founder and leadership team on critical business challenges.
- Contribute to measurable outcomes: Where mutually agreed, support specific strategic initiatives, introductions, or growth milestones.

We value practical contributions and measurable impact over titles or ceremonial participation. Investment Opportunity: Skin in the Game

STEAM-IE is seeking advisors who believe in the company's mission and are willing to align their financial interests with its future.

Selected advisors will have the opportunity to participate in the company's growth through an investment arrangement, subject to mutual agreement and definitive documentation.

The investment structure may be discussed through suitable equity-linked or debt-based instruments,



depending on the investor's preferences, applicable law, and the company's financing structure.

The final terms—including investment amount, valuation, instrument, tenure, returns where applicable, and associated rights—will be agreed individually and documented separately.

Our philosophy is straightforward: we want partners who contribute to building enterprise value and have a genuine stake in the outcome.

Investment participation does not automatically confer statutory board status, management authority, guaranteed returns, or guaranteed equity. Any such rights will be governed by the applicable agreements and corporate approvals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who demonstrate:

- At least 10–15 years of relevant professional or entrepreneurial experience, preferably in leadership positions.
- A proven record of building businesses, scaling operations, raising capital, or leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong professional networks and the ability to facilitate meaningful introductions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and an ownership-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to commit time, expertise, and capital to a shared growth vision.
- Strong professional ethics, sound judgement, and a long-term perspective.
- A genuine interest in education, technology, innovation, or scalable social impact.

Experienced entrepreneurs, CXOs, investors, finance professionals, business leaders, and industry experts are encouraged to apply.

Engagement Framework

- Board strength: Maximum five advisors; two members are already onboarded.
- Open positions: Three.
- Engagement: Strategic and periodic, with mutually agreed expectations and availability.
- Term: To be mutually agreed, with periodic review of contribution and priorities.
- Investment: Required as part of the proposed advisor-partner model, with the amount and structure discussed individually.
- Remuneration and benefits: Any advisory fees, equity-linked incentives, or other benefits will be separately agreed and documented.
