About the Role:

We are hiring a Medical Tourism Coordinator on behalf of our Healthcare client based in Hyderabad. The role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, patient handling, and end-to-end coordination for international medical travelers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for global patients seeking hair transplantation, weight loss solutions, and skin care treatments in India.

This position requires a strong service mindset, cultural understanding, and the ability to deliver a seamless experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Partnerships & Medical Tourism Coordination

- Identify, engage, and build relationships with medical tourism facilitators, international patient coordinators, healthcare consultants, travel partners, and referral agencies.
- Engage with B2B leads and organizations that specialize in patient coordination, understand their business models, and explore opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with medical tourism agencies, patient referral networks, healthcare intermediaries, and other relevant stakeholders to generate qualified patient referrals.
- Coordinate with medical tourism facilitators to manage patient inquiries, treatment consultations, travel-related coordination, and treatment scheduling.
- Present the organization's treatment offerings, packages, and partnership opportunities to prospective B2B partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing partners to strengthen relationships,



improve referral conversion, and drive business growth.
- Maintain a B2B partner database, track partnership opportunities, monitor referral pipelines, and prepare regular reports on lead generation and partnership performance.
- Collaborate with internal sales, clinical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and referral partners.

Patient Communication & Consultation Coordination

- Handle inbound patient inquiries from WhatsApp, email, calls, social platforms, and website submissions.
- Explain treatment options, packages, inclusions, and outcomes.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations with doctors or clinical teams.
- Follow up regularly to drive conversions and ensure smooth closures.

End-to-End Patient Journey Management

- Act as the primary coordinator for the entire patient journey - from initial inquiry to treatment completion.
- Assist with visa support letters, air travel guidance, and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate airport pick-ups, local transportation, and clinical visits.
- Ensure all treatment schedules and doctor appointments are properly arranged and aligned.

On-Ground Support & Experience Management

- Provide support to visiting international patients as required.
- Collaborate with wellness partners, medical tourism operators, and internal clinical teams.
- Ensure comfort, clarity,



and satisfaction throughout the patient’s stay.
- Address concerns immediately and keep stakeholders updated.

Administration & CRM Management

- Maintain detailed case files, communication logs, and document sets.
- Update and manage leads, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
- Track patient satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical tourism, healthcare coordination, or hospitality.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Strong coordination, empathy, and customer service mindset.

Good to Have

- Additional language fluency: Arabic / French / Spanish.
- Understanding of global cultures and medical tourism practices.
- Willingness to travel locally for patient support, when required.
- Familiarity with medical procedures related to hair restoration, weight loss, or dermatology (training will be provided).
