About Medantrik MedTechMedantrik MedTech is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated Medical Sales Executive with experience in the medical industry, preferably in the maternity segment. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, a good understanding of the healthcare market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell medical products and solutions, particularly those related to maternity care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, gynecologists, hospitals, maternity clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to drive sales and build long-term relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records,



and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Support business development activities and contribute to the company's overall sales growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in medical sales is mandatory.
- Experience in the maternity, gynecology, obstetrics, or related healthcare segment will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare clients.
- Target-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development, as required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
