About the Role

CREON is looking for an experienced and organized Media Production Manager to oversee production activities from planning to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team coordination, and project management skills, along with a good understanding of creative media production.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage video shoots, photoshoots, reels, podcasts, and other media productions.
- Manage production schedules, resources, equipment, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cinematographers, editors, creative teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee projects from pre-production through post-production and final delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Handle on-set coordination and resolve production challenges efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining productivity and workflow.




- Communicate project updates and ensure effective collaboration across teams.

Required Skills
- Strong production management and project coordination skills.
- Experience in shoot planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams, resources, and multiple deadlines.
- Understanding of video production, photography, and creative workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in media production, video production, or a related field.
- Relevant degree or practical experience in media, filmmaking, or production management is preferred.
- A portfolio or record of successfully managed productions will be an advantage
