- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiar with preventive maintenance software (CMMS preferred).
- Positive communication, team coordination, and analytical skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably in a manufacturing or HVAC plant).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Machine uptime percentage.
- Number of breakdowns per month.
- Maintenance cost control.
- Compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.
- Safety incidents during maintenance work.
