Job role: Marketplace Advertising Specialist Experience: 2–4 years running marketplace ads; 1+ year managing at least two of the four platforms Key responsibilities Plan, launch and optimise ad campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Flipkart Ads (PLA, PCA, banner and brand ads), Myntra ads and Blinkit ads. Build the advertising plan for each new Launchpad and Hyper Growth client: category research, keyword and product targeting, budget split and target ACoS/ROAS. Run keyword and search-term research, negative keyword management, bid and budget adjustments and placement optimisation every week.

Work with the Marketplace Account Manager, Designer and Copywriter so listings, images, A+ content and pricing are ready before ad spend is increased. Plan ad support for sale events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, Myntra EORS, Blinkit festive and quick-commerce peaks). Track ad-attributed sales, organic rank, TACoS, conversion rate and inventory health, and flag stock-outs that waste spend.





Prepare a clear weekly performance summary and a monthly review for each client, with actions for the next cycle. Test new ad formats, audiences and creatives, and document what works as reusable eRoadMap playbooks. Support clients and their teams with training on how to read and use ad reports.

Required skills Strong command of marketplace ad dashboards, reporting and bulk operations. Valuable Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfort with pivot tables and basic dashboards.

Understanding of unit economics: margins, fees, returns and break-even ACoS. Clear written and spoken English for client reporting; Hindi and Punjabi are an advantage. Ability to handle several client accounts at once and meet deadlines.
