Key Responsibilities Marketing Technical Representative (MTR)

- Conduct field surveys of IAM (Independent Aftermarket) local garages and mechanics.

- Create and maintain a database of garages and mechanics.

- Create awareness and promote Brakes India products, including recent product launches.

- Support FSE/FPE teams during van campaigns, mechanics meets, and MTC activities.

- Promote the Brakes India CONNECT App among IAM mechanics.

- Collect feedback from local garages regarding Brakes India and competitor products.

- Install and use internal MTC/MTR applications.

- Handle IAM mechanic queries in coordination with FSEs.

- Provide technical product information and support to mechanics.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local garages and mechanics.
