We are looking for a Sales Marketing Representative to join our team in the Cosmetics amp; Beauty Industry.

Position: Sales Marketing Representative

Location: Ballia, Ghazipur, Mau

Salary Range: 10k – 35k

Experience: 1–10 years in field marketing/sales, preferably in Cosmetics, Beauty, FMCG, or related profiles.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Experience in medical shop marketing, pharmaceutical sales, FMCG or field sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned locations.
- Must have good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

- Visit medical shops, pharmacies and retail outlets in the assigned areas.
- Promote company products and explain product features to shopkeepers.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with medical shop owners and retailers.
- Generate new business leads and increase product sales.
- Take orders, follow up with customers and support repeat orders.
- Conduct regular market visits and submit daily work reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

Candidate Profile:





· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Field sales/marketing experience preferred.

· Experience in the Cosmetics/Beauty/FMCG sector will be an advantage.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
