Marketing & Outreach Intern: Molvern Labs (Remote, open to candidates in India)

Molvern Labs is a software studio that builds websites and digital products for businesses around the world. We’re looking for two interns to help us grow our brand globally and build relationships with the businesses we’d love to work with. You’ll learn international B2B marketing, communication and client outreach hands-on, and your work will be seen and used.

What you’ll do

- Plan, create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube Shorts (posts, reels, graphics) that showcases our services and brand to a global audience
- Understand what resonates with different audiences and markets, and refine your content from it
- Reach out to prospective clients across regions by email, LinkedIn and calls, introduce Molvern Labs, and start conversations
- Keep a shared tracker of your conversations and responses, and pass warm leads to the team

Who can apply

BBA, MBA and marketing, business or media backgrounds are a plus, but this is open to everyone. We don’t ask for a specific degree. If you communicate well, are curious about marketing and sales, and believe you can do this, we’d love to hear from you. Anything you’ve made, such as content, a page,



a campaign or a project, helps us see how you think.

What you should be

- Excellent in written and spoken English, since our clients are global
- Comfortable with tools like Canva or CapCut, or keen to learn them quickly
- Confident in conversation, and professional when the answer is “not now”
- Comfortable working across time zones, with some flexibility for client-facing conversations
- Organized, self-driven and consistent

Commitment

- 2-month internship (unpaid)
- 3 hours a day, 15 hours a week, at times that suit you
- A daily check-in and follow-up with the team is mandatory
