Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Plan and coordinate events, festivals, exhibitions, and seasonal promotions.

- Manage digital marketing, social media, advertising, and branding.

- Build relationships with retail brands, tenants, media, and advertising agencies.

- Drive customer footfall, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.

- Coordinate with leasing, operations, and management teams.

- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10-15 years of experience in mall marketing, retail marketing, or shopping centre management.

- Experience in event management, brand promotions, and digital marketing.

- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.

- Candidates with prior experience in shopping malls or commercial real estate are preferred
