Position: Marketing Manager

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month (based on experience & performance)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Type: Field + Office / Off-field

Experience: Relevant marketing/sales experience preferred

Job Responsibilities....

Develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Generate new business leads and convert them into clients.

Handle client meetings and maintain good customer relationships.

Conduct field visits for business development.

Coordinate and manage marketing activities from the office.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.

Manage and guide the marketing/sales team.

Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance.

Candidate Profile..

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership and team-management ability.

Willingness to handle both field and office responsibilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Prior experience in marketing/business development will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
