Job Summary
LRL Motors Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive business development, expand market presence, and strengthen the dealer network across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
- Travel across different states to support market development and business expansion.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed university.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development.
- Proven experience in market expansion and dealer network development.
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle accessories industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude, leadership ability, and a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel across different states.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹35,000–₹45,000, negotiable based on experience and suitability.
- Travel expenses as per company policy.
