Role Overview

We are looking for someone who goes beyond routine marketing activities and takes genuine ownership of building a brand.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop ideas, identify opportunities, execute campaigns, coordinate with external partners, and measure results. They should be comfortable working in a growing company where initiative, adaptability, creativity, and accountability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Conbun’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Drive brand positioning, brand awareness, and market presence through impactful marketing initiatives.
- Lead 360° marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, expand market reach, and drive brand visibility across all relevant touchpoints.




- Identify new market opportunities, understand customer behaviour, and analyse competitor activities to strengthen market positioning.
- Lead brand communication, campaign planning, PR, partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
- Develop innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand recall, customer engagement, and market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign effectiveness, and evaluate performance against business objectives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand communication and measurable business impact.
