About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, content planning, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow-up Management: Prioritize, track, and manage follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely completion of marketing activities.

- Team Coordination: Coordinate with different departments to gather updates, align deliverables, and support marketing initiatives.

- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and internal communication channels.

- Content Calendar Management: Maintain content calendars, track publishing schedules,



and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery.

- Corporate Activities: Support corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, company announcements, and related content creation.

- Content Support: Assist in preparing marketing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.

- Marketing Operations: Manage daily marketing tasks, maintain trackers and reports, organize marketing assets, and ensure smooth workflow execution.

- Progress Tracking: Monitor task status, deadlines, and deliverables, and share regular updates with the marketing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 6 Months Internship Duration

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Positive organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
