Role & responsibilities

- Marketing &
- Sales:

Drive sales strategy, targets, and brand visibility across all markets.

- Institutional &

- Corporate Sales:

Build partnerships with corporates, schools, hostels, hotels, hospitals, and government bodies.

- Retail &

- Distribution:

Onboard supermarkets, organic stores, and distributor/dealer networks.

- Stalls &

- Promotions:

Plan stalls and demos at exhibitions, fairs, CSR events, and markets.

- Branding &

- Digital:

Strengthen packaging, POS materials, and social/e-commerce presence.

- Market Research: Track competitors, trends, and pricing to guide product strategy.

- Supply Coordination: Liaise with FPOs, farmers, and production teams on supply planning.

- Women Enterprise Support: Mentor SHGs in sales and sustainable business practices.
