We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Marketing Head to support and lead marketing activities in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have practical fieldwork experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, connect with clients, and drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company's real estate projects.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify potential customers and explore current business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through direct marketing, client interactions, and market visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, clients, and channel partners.
- Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Guide and coordinate marketing team members to achieve assigned targets.
- Track daily marketing activities and submit performance reports to management.
- Develop new strategies to improve brand awareness and increase customer enquiries.
- Ensure monthly marketing and lead-generation targets are achieved.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Must have experience in field marketing and direct customer interaction.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, market visits, and property promotions.
- Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with the sales team.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
