Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in South Delhi.

The Marketing

Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans to promote Pathcore Diagnostics’ services to residential societies and RWAs. Daily tasks include coordinating campaigns, managing promotional activities, conducting basic market research, and assisting with sales enablement materials. The role involves regular communication with internal teams and external partners, maintaining marketing databases, and monitoring campaign performance.

Executive will also help organize local events or outreach initiatives, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support the design and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and local healthcare trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, engage clients, and prepare clear marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and supporting the business development team.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical services marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and use basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM or marketing software) effectively.
