We’re hiring a Marketing Executive at Western Sealtech, Mumbai.

We’re an elastomer sealing company, started in 1972. We manufacture in Gujarat, have offices in Breda and Delaware, and supply customers in 30+ countries across rail, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, powder handling and valve applications. I’ve been building our marketing function from scratch, and I’m looking for someone to build it with me.

CTC: 5 to 7 lac per annum depending on experience and expertise.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Exhibitions In 2027 we exhibit at SIFER Lille, InnoTrans Asia Singapore, EXPO Ferroviaria Milan, IREE New Delhi and Rail Live Madrid. From Mumbai, you’ll:

- Book exhibition space and manage organiser forms, deadlines and payments
- Collect stand design quotes and coordinate with the stand contractor through to handover
- Build the meeting calendar for every show
- Plan packaging, shipping and return of samples and stand material
- Keep an inventory of samples, giveaways and reusable stand items
- Book flights, hotels and visas for the travelling team
- Coordinate exhibition content, collateral and copy

Leads
- Enter all exhibition and campaign leads in our CRM within 48 hours
- Hand leads to the right BDM and track follow-ups
- Prepare a cost, leads and pipeline report after each show

Content and social media
- Run one content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
- Schedule and publish posts using our brand templates




- Coordinate monthly video shoots at our factory
- Run monthly photoshoots and maintain our photo and video library
- Track performance on each platform and suggest changes
- Collect customer testimonials for case studies

Sales and website support
- Keep case studies, datasheets, presentations and proposal templates up to date
- Share the latest material with our Europe and US offices
- Track website changes and coordinate new pages
- Brief freelance designers on catalogues, brochures and business cards
- Send customer and distributor email updates

Reporting and admin
- Compile monthly and quarterly marketing metrics
- Follow up with our SEO and Google Ads agency
- Track spend against budget and manage POs and invoices
- Research PR, trade magazine, award and speaking opportunities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 4 years in marketing, ideally B2B or industrial
- Experience organising exhibitions or trade shows
- Strong organisation and follow-up across many vendors and deadlines
- Explicit written and spoken English
- Comfortable with Canva, a CRM and Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel within India, including regular visits to our Gujarat factory

Good to have: social media analytics, basic SEO and Google Ads knowledge, export shipping experience, and phone photography or video skills.

The role is based in our Mumbai office (Andheri East).
