About the Role

Green Power International is looking for a dynamic, hands-on 360 marketing professional to strengthen its brand presence, support business growth and execute integrated marketing initiatives across its business verticals and geographies.

The role will manage marketing execution across digital, brand communications, content, campaigns, events, PR, lead generation and sales enablement. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable planning a campaign, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, reviewing creative output, tracking performance and ensuring timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management & Communication

- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging and positioning across channels, business verticals and geographies.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns, product communication and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, company profiles, case studies and website content.
- Translate technical offerings into clear, compelling and customer-focused communication.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, SEO, email marketing and marketing automation activities.
- Develop targeted campaigns for specific industries, products, customer segments and geographies.
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, website traffic, engagement and conversions.
- Work with sales teams to align campaigns with business priorities and lead follow-up.

3. Content & Social Media

- Develop monthly content calendars for corporate, product, industry and campaign communication.
- Coordinate the creation of social media posts, videos,



reels, articles, blogs, newsletters and technical content.
- Brief designers, agencies and content partners; review deliverables for quality, accuracy and brand alignment.
- Build content around customer applications, project installations, product capabilities, industry trends and company milestones.

4. Events, Exhibitions & Industry Marketing

- Research relevant industry exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, webinars and sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage event planning, participation, stall branding, collateral, vendor coordination and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate pre-event promotion, on-ground marketing and post-event lead follow-up.
- Maintain event calendars, budgets, lead databases and participation performance reports.

5. PR & Thought Leadership

- Coordinate press releases, media interactions, industry articles, interviews and leadership communication.
- Identify opportunities for executive visibility, industry publications, podcasts and speaking engagements.
- Work with PR agencies and internal subject-matter experts to develop relevant stories and technical content.

6. Sales Enablement & Market Development

- Work closely with sales and business development teams to understand market priorities and campaign requirements.
- Develop industry-specific presentations, sales decks, emailers, product sheets and customer-facing communication.
- Support market mapping, target-account research, competitor tracking and regional marketing initiatives.
- Help develop campaigns for recent markets, product launches, channel partners and OEM relationships.

7. Agency, Vendor & Budget Management

- Coordinate with design, digital, video, printing, event and PR agencies.
- Prepare creative briefs, manage timelines, review deliverables and ensure quality execution.
- Track marketing budgets, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and campaign expenditure.
- Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, campaign records and performance dashboards.
