We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Design Artworker / Business Analyst to join our Creative Resources team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, artwork development, and marketing communications, gained within a creative agency or an in-house design team, preferably in a professional services environment.

The candidate will contribute to the global marketing team by developing and executing creative marketing materials across print, digital, and interactive platforms. The role also involves project coordination, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative marketing materials for print, digital, social media, web, and interactive platforms.
- Apply brand guidelines and visual identity systems consistently across marketing communications.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, imagery, and colour theory.
- Adapt existing designs and templates for new channels and marketing requirements.
- Understand project requirements, define the scope of work, and provide accurate time estimates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Track project schedules, monitor progress, and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative, web, Eloqua, organic and paid social, and paid search teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital media while following design and production standards.
- Create and modify Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates and documents in line with brand guidelines.




- Maintain organised project files and use digital collaboration and task management tools effectively.
- Incorporate feedback, adapt to changing priorities, and continuously improve design and production skills.
- Support marketing performance analysis and insight generation wherever required.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design capabilities are preferred.
