We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Manual Diamond Jewellery Designer with experience in diamond jewellery designing, particularly lab-grown diamond jewellery. The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative hand-drawn jewellery designs, developing concepts, and coordinating with CAD designers and production teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and aligned with the brand's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create manual sketches and detailed designs for diamond jewellery, including rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, and bangles.
- Develop unique and commercially viable designs for lab-grown diamond jewellery collections.
- Prepare detailed drawings showing jewellery dimensions, diamond placement, stone sizes, settings, and design specifications.
- Understand diamond shapes, cuts, sizes, settings, and jewellery manufacturing techniques.
- Coordinate with CAD designers to convert manual sketches into 3D jewellery models.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, finishing, and quality.
- Research jewellery trends, competitor collections, and market preferences to develop innovative designs.
- Modify existing designs according to business requirements, customer preferences, and management feedback.
- Ensure designs meet brand aesthetics, quality standards,



and production cost considerations.
- Maintain proper records of design sketches and approved jewellery designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in manual diamond jewellery designing is preferred.
- Strong hand-sketching and jewellery illustration skills.
- Good knowledge of diamond jewellery, including lab-grown diamonds.
- Understanding of diamond settings, stone proportions, jewellery dimensions, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to create detailed and production-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with current jewellery trends and luxury design aesthetics.
- Solid creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with CAD designers and production teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing or lab-grown diamond jewellery brands will be preferred.
- A portfolio of previous manual jewellery designs is required.
- Candidates should be able to translate design concepts into practical, market-ready jewellery designs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
