About the role: Stackbox is looking for Managers who can drive the end-to-end project life cycle for its WMS product. They will be working closely with both internal and External stakeholders in driving and making the projects successful for all the stakeholders involved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete Ownership of a project, starting from Requirement gathering, converting to product, Realization of the product, implementation, and Success of the Project

- Design End-to-end Supply Chain / Warehouse processes along with controls and checks
- Understand the client requirements, collaborate with internal stakeholders in delivering the value




- Identify and create project success metrics and value delivery KPIs
- Work closely with the product development team in capturing the data required to evaluate the design metrics
- Work closely with the product development team in converting client requirements to usable features
- Completely own the project implementation from a design and solutioning perspective
- Analyse the ground data to identify the gaps between design and operations
- Suggest data-driven improvement areas along with solutions and work closely with product teams in implementing the solutions for operational efficiency
- Implement the solution and refine it until the metrics are achieved
- Perform cost analysis for the projects and own the P&L; of the projects
- Continuously monitor the cost metrics against the budget/targets

Requirement:

- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Design / WMS Solutions / Supply chain design/ Supply Chain Centre of Excellence / Operations Excellence / Product Oriented role
- Solid demonstration of analytical skills through the latest AI tools / MS Excel / GSheets or any other tools
- Knowledge of basic statistical tools and analytical methods
- Understanding of Six Sigma principles
- Data-driven approach for problem solving
- Strong bias for action and ownership

Additional requirements

- Previous Startup experience would be a huge plus
- Hands-on with Advanced analytical and AI tools
- Latent desire and/or curiosity in related domains like Warehouse design simulation through AnyLogic etc.
