- 2+ years managerial/supervisory experience
- Strong U.S. Federal & State Tax Compliance
- U.S. International Tax experience
- Preparation/review of complex tax returns and workpapers
- ASC 740 & FIN 48 GILTI, FDII & FTC
- Quarterly estimated tax calculations
- Tax research and U.S. tax legislation updates
- Tax audit support Team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
- Robust stakeholder and project management skills
