Demand management & Control -To work out capacity expansion requirements based on 10 years & 3 years Mid Term Plan, Annual plan and Monthly projections provided by Sales & Marketting
- To prepare annual production plan highlghting locationwise, machine wise plan in coordination with sales and marketting and production to optimise total delivered cost of FG.
- To generate various Prod sceanarios wth B.I. team based on change in Sales Projection & management guidelines.
- To Ensure Plants to be Operate on Optimum Cost (Plant wise Operating Plan and Workcenterwise Capacity study & ensure implementation of Models based on TPT optmization study wrt Budget & with every change in Sales projections)
- Work with Cenrtal Trenaprotation team for optmization
Production Planning & Control - Work out capacity expansion requirements based on mid term plan, annual plan and monthly projections provided by sales & marketing department
- Prepare annual production plan highlighting location wise and machine wise plan in coordination with sales, marketing and production department to optimise total delivered cost of FG
- Finalize monthly production plan for MRP in coordination with the sales department
- Monitor and regulate finished goods stock as per norms by monitoring customer daily production and by monitoring daily plan
- Ensure on-time development and production of current models and ECN's as per customer requirement
- Finalize daily, weekly and monthly production reports highlighting productivity, yield and other KPIs
MTP, Annual planning (Budgeting)
& Control- AIS Auto - To review and finalise the Capacity & Plantwise Prod plan based on MTP, Annual plan
- To work with Team and finalize stocking norms for FG & WIP for all Auto locations along with SCPL heads
- To work out FG, WIP inventory reduction plan for all locations along with SCPL heads
Feedback Management & Control Review meeting with Top management of AIS Key Critical Ongoing concerns & To stimulate scheduled activities for getting optimum performance & Cost
Packaging - Work out capacity expansion requirements based on mid term plan, annual plan and monthly projections provided by sales & marketing department
- Prepare annual production plan highlighting location wise and machine wise plan in coordination with sales, marketing and production department to optimise total delivered cost of FG
- Finalize monthly production plan for MRP in coordination with the sales department
- Monitor and regulate finished goods stock as per norms by monitoring customer daily production and by monitoring daily plan with the actual situation
ERP (WMS/Oracle System)- AIS Auto - Oracle manufacturing/WMS
- Knowlegne of ASCP & work on SNOP process with S&M; & IT
- Accuracy of Master in Oracle manufacturing & ASCP
Model Transfer Plan and Tracking Tracking of Model transfers planned with SCPL heads, chentral MPC and PPC team for monitoring & execution. Requirements Knowledge Excel, Excel Formulae-Nesting of sheets-Link editing, scheduling, production planning, FIFO,
